This privacy policy applies to the Last Hour Experience and all online content on lasthourexperience.com.

I take your privacy seriously. The Last Hour Experience is a personal reflection experience.

I only collect the data necessary to deliver this experience safely and correctly.

This policy explains what data I process, why I process it, how I protect it and what your rights are.

The Last Hour Experience is operated by Vita Florentis, which acts as the legal data controller.

Data I collect

The Last Hour Experience processes as little personal data as possible. I only process:

• your name
• your email address
• your answers inside the experience (temporarily)
• your preferences within the experience
• basic technical data such as device and browser for security purposes

I do not collect sensitive data outside of what you voluntarily write during the experience.

How your answers are processed

Everything you write remains yours. Your answers are processed temporarily only to:

• generate your personal PDF
• make it available to you as a secure download in your own account

During an active hour, your answers are encrypted and stored only temporarily so you can safely pause and continue. Your personal PDF is then generated and stored encrypted in your own account, ready for you to download.

Your answers, letters and compiled document wait, encrypted, in your own account so you can download them. You can permanently delete them yourself at any time with one button in your account. Otherwise we erase our copy once you have downloaded them, and after 30 days at the latest, with a reminder before deletion. Then they live only with you.

I use Resend for transactional emails, with Postmark only as a technical fallback. These emails carry only a secure link, never your answers themselves; your answers are held in your own encrypted account, not with the email provider.

Why I process your data

I process your data only for:

• delivering the Last Hour Experience
• generating and sending your PDF
• security, fraud prevention and error detection
• improving website stability and performance

Your reflection answers from the experience are never used for marketing or advertising audiences, and are never shared with third parties for commercial purposes. When you make an Early Access reservation, you leave your email so I can send you the resource you requested and occasional updates about the experience, with your consent and with an unsubscribe link in every message.

Use of analytics tools

I use the following analytics and measurement tools to understand how visitors use the website and to improve performance, stability and usability:

Google Analytics 4

Google Analytics collects anonymized information such as page views, time spent on pages, device and browser type, and general location (country level). IP addresses are processed in anonymized form. Google Consent Mode v2 is used to respect your cookie preferences. This data is used strictly for statistical analysis.

No personal reflection answers from the Last Hour Experience are shared with Google.

Meta Pixel

The Meta Pixel places a cookie (_fbp) to measure advertising campaigns and build audiences for relevant outreach. Data collected through the Meta Pixel is shared with Meta Platforms for advertising measurement purposes. This is only activated after you have given marketing consent.

Cloudflare Web Analytics

Cloudflare Web Analytics is a privacy-friendly, cookieless traffic statistics tool. It collects no personal data and does not use cookies. It helps me understand overall website traffic patterns without identifying individual visitors.

How I protect your data

I use appropriate technical and organizational measures, including:

• encrypted connections (SSL)
• encrypted, session-scoped storage of your answers
• deletion when you download, when you delete them yourself, or after 30 days at the latest
• a self-service button to permanently delete your answers at any time
• Resend, with Postmark as fallback, for transactional email delivery
• limited access to systems and logs
• automatic deletion of temporary data

Who your data is shared with

Your data is shared with:

• Supabase (for accounts and temporary, encrypted session storage)
• Resend, with Postmark as fallback (for transactional emails, including the secure link to your answers; the answers themselves are not sent through them)
• Cloudflare (for hosting, security and privacy-friendly traffic statistics)
• GetResponse (email platform for Early Access reservations: stores your name and email, sends the resource you requested plus occasional updates about the experience; you can unsubscribe at any time)
• Meta Platforms (for advertising measurement and audiences, only after marketing consent)
• Google (for anonymized website statistics, only after analytics consent)

Personal reflection answers are processed only by the technical service providers required to run the experience and complete delivery. They are never shared for advertising, profiling, commercial purposes or AI training.

Data retention

• Your answers and letters: in your own encrypted account until you download or delete them, and no longer than 30 days
• Technical delivery data: only as long as needed for delivery, security and error handling
• Contact details: as long as your account or purchase exists
• Server logs: as short as possible, for security only

Nothing is kept longer than necessary.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• access your personal data
• request corrections
• request deletion
• object to processing
• request data portability
• file a complaint with your local data authority

Minors

The Last Hour Experience is intended for adults. If you are under 18, you need consent from a parent or guardian.
